A-M Systems performs all instrument service, including routine calibrations, on site at our factory in Sequim, Washington.

Non-warranty physiology instrument repair and calibration is performed at an hourly rate of $150, with a $150 minimum charge, plus parts and return shipping charges to your location. If desired, your instrument will be evaluated/diagnosed for a $35 fee. Should you decide to proceed with the repairs, the diagnosis fee will be waived.

Repairs are handled as quickly as possible, but can take up to a few weeks (rarely) depending on our current production schedule.

"Loaner" equipment is not available for customers to use during the repair of their instruments.
